Surgery went great

Surgery went great. The biopsies during the surgery all came back clean with no signs of tumor. They aren’t sure what is causing the increase in AFP, but it was not this mass. The final pathology results will take a bit of time. They did not do as much exploratory as planned since the frozen sections came back clean, so she should recover very fast.

Elizabeth will probably be out by Thanksgiving, possibly even today! Ya!!!

We’ll see. She has to get the drain tube out early today and then we’ll see what happens.
